Check your order confirmation email for the delivery by date.
Your order may be despatched in more than one parcel and arrive at different times.
We will send you another email when your order leaves the warehouse. This shows the delivery by date and the parcel details so that you can track your order using our carrier's website (please see our tracking information for further details).
If you can't access your email you can also see these details in the 'my orders' area of the 'my account' section of our website if you are a registered customer.
If you missed the carrier's attempt at delivery, don't worry, you can rearrange delivery for another date by calling the number shown on the card.
When your order arrives in store and is available for collection, you will receive an email and text message (if you provided a valid email and mobile number). Please remember to bring along your ready to collect confirmation or photo ID. If you placed the order in store you will need your till receipt.
If your expected date has passed and you haven't received a text or email, you will need to contact the store to see if it has arrived. You can get the details for by clicking the store locator
The store will keep your order for 14 days from the collection date. After this time it will be returned to our warehouse to be refunded. If you would like the store to keep your order for longer, you need to contact the store directly.
You are able to cancel your purchase with us up to 35 days after receipt of your order, unfortunately any cancellations or amendments cannot be made between placing your order and receiving your parcel; this includes address changes and adding or removing lines.
Once you have received your order and wish to return for a refund, please see the returns process on your documentation.
If you don’t want specific lines in an order, the easiest way to receive a refund is to return them to your nearest store.
Unless faulty; medicines, food, personalised gifts or cosmetics products which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged.

This is technically unavoidable even in good manufacturing practice.
Regulatory authorities such as the US FDA and the EU have set safe allowable limits for the levels of Lead that can be present in cosmetics.
WBA limit the levels of Lead and Nickel in our products to meet these regulatory limits and in some instances to be well below the limits set.
All raw ingredients are approved and legal for cosmetics use and all products have been assessed by safety experts to ensure they’re safe and suitable for their intended application.
Parabens are among the most widely used preservatives and have been safely used over many years. They are used in a wide range of cosmetics and toiletries, as well as pharmaceuticals. Preservatives are essential in safeguarding the quality and safety of cosmetic products. Without them, bacteria, "germs" and other harmful organisms could develop in products leading to product deterioration and serious safety issues. Without preservatives, many cosmetic products would quickly deteriorate or spoil after opening and would be unsafe for our customers while they are being used.
There have been a number of stories circulating in the media regarding the safety of parabens. In these stories the parabens tend to be grouped together without the distinction being made between short-chain and long-chain. The European Commission Scientific Committee on consumer safety (SCCS) has reviewed the safety of parabens and concluded those used in No7 to be safe at the levels we use them.
